Here is my soaked wheat boule* resting. I was using plastic wrap to cover the loaves while they were rising and I hated to throw it away. Sooo I am using the ziploc bag I roll out my tortillas and pie crusts in. Yes, I wash ziploc bags like my mom. Hush, Sarah!
(*sounds fancy but it's just a round loaf of bread)

- I have two wonderful kids (Little Gurl and Da-Bom) with my best friend (my Dearie!). I am a former massage therapist who then went back to school to study Anthropology and Archaeology at the University of North Florida (Swoop!). I graduated nearly 20 years to the day from graduating high school (never say never!). I am a firm believer in living as close to the "original state" as possible.
